FLYYO | A320 Captain

FLYXO seeks experienced and leadership-oriented Captains committed to operational excellence. The Captain will pilot with confidence, inspire, and guide the next generation of aviators within the A320 family fleet.

Required Qualifications

• Part-FCL ATPL with a valid type rating on the A320 family.
• Valid Instrument Rating and PBN/RNP endorsement.
• Valid Proficiency Check for Commander role.
• Class 1 Medical Certificate (Part MED compliant).
• ICAO English proficiency, minimum Level 4.
• Clear criminal record.
• Minimum 3,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum 2,000 hours on transport aircraft.
• Minimum 500 hours on type.
• Recommendation letter (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in interview panel reviews.
• Undergo simulator assessments on the Airbus A320, including practical, theoretical, and CRM skills evaluation.
• Complete a psychological evaluation.
• Provide a review of flight experience, last flight recency, and English proficiency.
• Undergo background reference checks.
