This role focuses on providing exceptional coaching and support to flight attendants, fostering professional development, and ensuring a positive team environment while also fulfilling flying duties.
About the Role
The Cabin Crew Supervisor will be responsible for delivering one-on-one coaching to their assigned flight attendant team, both during monthly flying and ground duties, including one office duty per month. Key responsibilities include conducting annual meetings with each flight attendant, facilitating integration into the company culture, and offering constructive feedback to promote professional growth.

Provide one-on-one coaching to flight attendant teams.

Conduct annual meetings with flight attendants.

Offer constructive feedback and performance evaluations.

Act as a cultural ambassador for new joiners.

Identify and develop improvement plans for underperforming team members.

Foster a positive team environment through engagement initiatives.

Promote open communication, collaboration, and mutual support within the team.

Collaborate with AMCC and CCM teams to align goals.

Track team performance assessments to evaluate coaching effectiveness.

Report performance or people issues to the Cabin Crew Manager.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the aviation industry, ideally in a supervisory role.

Possession of at least 2 years of flying experience with HK Express is preferred.
