This role involves providing dedicated coaching and support to a team of Flight Attendants, fostering their professional development, and ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives while also performing flying duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to Flight Attendant teams during monthly flying and ground duty.
• Conduct at least one annual meeting with each Flight Attendant to facilitate integration into the HK Express culture.
• Offer constructive feedback and performance evaluations to promote professional growth.
• Act as a cultural ambassador, assisting new joiners in understanding and embracing company values.
• Identify Flight Attendants with substandard performance and develop tailored improvement plans.
• Foster a positive team environment through team-building activities and engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate open communication, collaboration, and mutual support within the team.
• Collaborate with AMCC and CCM teams to align team goals with company objectives.
• Track team performance assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of coaching and mentorship.
• Report any performance or people issues of the Flight Attendant team to the Cabin Crew Manager.
• Provide regular reports on team performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Disseminate company information.
• Perform other assigned ad-hoc support duties and flying duty.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• A minimum of 2 years of flying experience, with a preference for experience at HK Express.
• Ability to inspire, build trust, and foster respect among the crew community.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and multitasking.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
