Role Purpose

The Cabin Crew is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all required in-flight safety and security procedures in accordance with airline regulations.
• Conduct in-flight sales activities, including food & beverage and duty-free items.
• Work collaboratively as a team to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing passengers' needs and inquiries promptly and effectively.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Must hold the right of abode in Hong Kong.
• Must be a minimum age of 18 years.
• Must meet a minimum arm-reach of 208cm and successfully pass the pre-employment medical examination.
• Possesses a minimum of Grade E in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE in both English and Chinese, or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrates proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Ability to speak other Asian languages is considered an advantage.
