Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality flight and ground instruction in accordance with EASA regulations.
- Mentoring and guiding student pilots through various training phases.
- Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
- Fostering a cooperative, welcoming, and professional learning atmosphere.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs and materials.
Minimum Requirements
- License: Valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Flight Instructor (FI) rating.
- Medical: Current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical and academic knowledge relevant to aviation instruction.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work in a structured manner with a high level of quality awareness.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated experience in effectively working with people and diverse student groups.
- Educational Approach: A constructive and professional approach to education and mentorship.
- Attitude: A cooperative and welcoming attitude, fostering a positive learning environment.
- IT Skills: Basic proficiency in information technology (IT) applications.
Type Rating: Not required, as comprehensive type rating training will be provided by Grey Bird Pilot Academy.
