The Senior First Officer assists the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) with all flight-related duties, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of each flight. The incumbent assumes command of the aircraft should the PIC become incapacitated. Exceptional customer service to passengers is paramount. The Senior First Officer maintains high standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance. The officer remains current with Company Operations Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), aviation regulations, and industry best practices, and actively participates in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
Applicants must possess a Frozen UKATPL and have completed all pre-requisites for a UK ATPL. A valid UK Class 1 Medical Certificate is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 2,000 flight hours. Applicants must be UK Passport holders and have the right to work in the UK. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
