Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 650 aircraft. The position involves a mix of operations, with a primary focus on non-chartered, private flights, alongside chartered missions. The crew composition is a standard three-person setup, ensuring effective teamwork and operational excellence. This role requires a professional who prioritizes safety, discretion, and exceptional client service in a high-net-worth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and compliant operation of the Challenger 650 in strict adherence to UK CAA regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Uphold the highest standards of aviation safety, professionalism, and utmost discretion for all flight operations.
- Collaborate effectively within a three-crew environment to facilitate seamless and efficient flight operations.
- Maintain operational readiness for both private and charter missions, with a strategic emphasis on private flight services.
- Engage in comprehensive flight planning, detailed performance calculations, and thorough risk assessments prior to each flight.
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards tailored to the needs of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
Requirements
- Possession of a UK CAA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence).
- A valid type rating for the Bombardier Challenger 650 is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, including significant experience specifically on the Challenger 650 type.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of EASA and CAA regulations, as well as established operational best practices.
- Proven track record of operating effectively in a high-discretion, VIP aviation environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
- Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a 20/10 roster and potential schedule modifications.
