Key Responsibilities

The selected pilot will undertake critical duties to ensure the safe and efficient conduct of all flights, focusing on operational precision and superior passenger experience.

  • As Aircraft Commander (PIC), ensure the paramount safety of all flights, passengers, and crew, adhering rigorously to the aircraft Flight Manual, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all applicable aviation legislation.
  • For both PIC and SIC, maintain continuous vigilance over the aircraft's geographical position and safe terrain clearance, ensuring precise and accurate navigation throughout all phases of flight.
  • Execute all operational procedures and checklists meticulously in accordance with the Airplane Flight Manual and Operations Manuals, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
  • Proactively identify and report any occurrences, incidents, faults, failures, malfunctions, or defects that could potentially compromise the aircraft's airworthiness or operational safety, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times, ensuring passenger comfort and contributing significantly to client satisfaction and retention through professional and attentive interaction.
  • For SIC, diligently support the Pilot in Command in all flight duties, ensuring efficient operation and strict adherence to all safety protocols and company procedures.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Flight Time: Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time for Pilot in Command (PIC) candidates; minimum of 1500 hours total flight time for Second in Command (SIC) candidates.
  • Type Rating: A current and valid Type Rating on the CL605/650 (Challenger 650) is an absolute requirement.
  • License: Possess a full EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with all appropriate type ratings.
  • Medical: Hold a valid European Union Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English, preferably demonstrating ICAO Level 6 proficiency.
  • Experience: Demonstrated extensive global flight experience combined with a strong commercial aviation background.
  • Performance: A clear and consistent record of excellent operational performance and flight discipline.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience operating within EU-OPS and/or AIROPS environments is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Prior military or established airline training will be viewed favourably.
  • A candidate who embodies strong core competencies, including a drive for positive results, intellectual curiosity, a collaborative spirit, high adaptability, and a consistently service-oriented mindset.
