Experienced Air Medical Helicopter Pilot

The organization is currently seeking a highly professional, skilled, and safety-focused Helicopter Pilot to join its dedicated Air Medical Transport team. This role requires an individual committed to operational excellence, strict adherence to safety protocol, and effective collaboration within a critical care environment.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with critical duties essential for efficient and safe flight operations:

  • The Pilot is responsible for coordinating and maintaining effective communication channels with Flight Dispatch, medical crew personnel, and ground contacts to ensure the seamless execution of transport and mission operations.
  • Operates high-performance rotorcraft strictly in accordance with the established Rotorcraft Flight Manual (RFM) guidelines and stringent company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), thereby maintaining the highest levels of operational safety and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Flight Qualifications

Candidates must possess extensive and verifiable flight experience, meeting or exceeding the following minimum flight hour requirements:

  • Total Flight Time: A minimum of 2,000 hours of overall helicopter flight time.
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: A minimum of 1,000 hours of helicopter Pilot-in-Command time.
  • Turbine Experience: A minimum of 1,000 hours operating turbine-powered rotorcraft.
  • Night Operations: Minimum 200 hours of helicopter night flight time, which may include aided and/or unaided vision systems.
