Rotorcraft Captain / Experienced Helicopter Pilot
The organization seeks an exceptionally skilled and highly experienced Rotorcraft Captain to assume responsibility for critical flight operations. The successful candidate operates as a critical member of the operational team, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of complex transport missions. This role demands stringent adherence to safety protocols, superior airmanship, and effective coordination within dynamic operational environments, primarily focusing on safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates seamlessly and maintains effective communication channels with flight dispatchers, medical crew personnel, and external ground support contacts to guarantee uninterrupted and efficient transport logistics.
- Executes all flight operations in strict compliance with the established Rotorcraft Flight Manual (RFM) guidelines, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all relevant national and international aviation regulatory requirements.
- Prioritizes safety and operational integrity above all other considerations while performing duties as Pilot in Command (PIC).
Minimum Flight Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet or exceed the following mandatory flight experience minimums to be considered for this Rotorcraft Captain position:
- Total Helicopter Flight Time: A minimum of 2,000 hours.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Helicopter Time: A mandatory minimum of 1,000 hours.
- Turbine Flight Time: Minimum of 1,000 hours in turbine-powered rotorcraft.
- Night Flight Experience: Must possess a minimum of 200 helicopter night flight hours (time inclusive of aided and/or unaided operations).
