Global Airways is recruiting enthusiastic Cabin Crew members to join its operations based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This permanent role involves flying the Airbus A320 fleet, operating under contract services across both hemispheres. Successful candidates will contribute to ensuring the highest standards of safety and passenger experience onboard.

About the Role

As Cabin Crew, individuals will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties aimed at ensuring passenger safety and comfort. This includes responding to emergency situations, administering first aid, and managing in-flight incidents. The role encompasses providing exceptional customer service, managing catering and service flow, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position involves international rotations, requiring adaptability to long hours and irregular schedules.

Requirements

• South African nationality and current residency in South Africa.
• Willingness to undertake international contract rotations of up to eight weeks.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated sound judgement, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to different environments, and possess confidence in diverse operational and cultural settings.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Effective time-management abilities.
• Integrity, resilience, and the capacity for calm decision-making under pressure.
• Adherence to procedures is essential.
• Reliable transportation available 24 hours a day.

Qualifications

• A European passport is advantageous.
• A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation under Part-CC is advantageous.
• A valid cabin crew medical report under Part-MED is advantageous.
