Key Responsibilities:
- Flight Instruction: Deliver comprehensive flight instruction in accordance with regulatory standards, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of flight training.
- Student Progress Monitoring: Utilize excellent organizational skills to meticulously track student progress, maintain accurate training records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver a positive and supportive learning experience for students, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Effective Communication: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to deliver clear and concise instructions and effectively communicate with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate solid mathematical skills for essential flight calculations including aircraft performance, weight and balance, fuel consumption, and logbook entries.
- Technical Aptitude: Possess a beneficial understanding of aircraft systems and components to support troubleshooting and basic maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Certified Flight Instructor Rating
