General Requirements:
- Must be a female Indonesian citizen.
- Must be single and never married.
- Must possess excellent physical and mental health.
- Must not have prior experience as a cabin crew member.
- Must be fluent in English with exceptional communication abilities; proficiency in other foreign languages is advantageous.
- Must be service-oriented, dedicated, and experienced in direct customer interaction.
Document Requirements:
- A formal application letter and curriculum vitae are required.
- A copy of the applicant's identification card (KTP) is necessary.
- Copies of the applicant’s bachelor’s degree certificate are needed.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination with doses 1-3 is required.
- An eyeglasses prescription from an ophthalmologist is mandatory.
- Professional, colored photographs are needed: one full-length postcard size, one side view photo, and one close-up 4x6 size photo.
Specific Requirements:
- Must hold a bachelor's degree.
- Must be between 21 and 26 years of age.
- Must have a minimum height of 160 cm with proportional body weight and posture.
- Must not wear glasses during the selection and training process; contact lenses with a maximum prescription of minus 5.00 and a cylindrical prescription of 2.00 are highly recommended.
- Must be willing to complete all phases of the cabin crew recruitment process.
Prepared Dress Code:
- Applicants should wear a light-colored, short-sleeved blouse and a dark knee-length skirt.
- High heels (close-toed, without ankle straps) are required.
- Natural makeup is mandatory.
