Selection Event Details
The dedicated recruitment team will conduct assessment and selection procedures during a focused roadshow in Karachi, Pakistan, scheduled for November 6th and 7th, 2025.

Pilot Qualifications and Experience Requirements
The applicant must meet the following mandatory requirements to be considered for the First Officer position:
- Nationality and Age: Must hold Pakistani Nationality; maximum age limit is 47 years.
- Licensing: Possesses a valid CPL/ATPL License and a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Ratings: Must be A320 Type Rated.
- Recency: Must have experience operating the A320 family within the last 12 months.
- Instrument Rating (IR) and Type Rating: Must be valid for a minimum of two months at the time of joining.
- ELP: Valid English Language Proficiency (Level 4 or above).
- Total Flight Time: Minimum 2,000 civil commercial jet operational hours.
- A320 Experience: Must have accumulated at least 800 Second-in-Command (SIC) hours on the A320 aircraft.
Competitive Remuneration Package (All figures in PKR)
The successful candidate will be offered an undetermined period contract alongside a highly attractive and variable compensation structure.
Fixed Monthly Salary (Pakistan Rupees - PKR)
The total fixed monthly salary is determined by the pilot's total factored flying hours:

Boeing Experience Factoring Policy
Captains and First Officers with prior Boeing experience will have their Boeing flying hours (in the respective position) factored, up to a maximum cap of 3,000 hours. Any Airbus family flying hours (A320/321/330) will be added on top of the calculated Boeing factored experience.
Variable Pay and Allowances
- Flying Variable Pay (Rate per Credit Block Hour)
- Variable flying pay is tiered based on monthly credit block hours:

- Duty Hour Pay: PKR 1,000 per actual duty hour (from sign-in to sign-out).
- Night Flight Allowance: Credit hours for night flights (departure between 18:30 and 06:29 Local time) are compensated at 1.3 times the credit block hour allowance. Day flights are compensated at 1 time the allowance.
- Rostered Day Off Compensation: If called for duty on a rostered day off, the pilot receives PKR 10,000 compensation in addition to the standard Flying Allowance.
- Seniority Allowance
- First Officers receive a Seniority Allowance starting at PKR 50,000 per month, payable from the anniversary date of joining (excluding any unpaid leave). This allowance increases annually until it reaches a maximum cap of PKR 150,000 per month.
- Command Upgrade Allowance
- An allowance of PKR 250,000 per month is paid once the pilot signs the commitment letter, exceeds 3,500 hours on the A320F, successfully completes a minimum of two Operating Proficiency Checks (OPCs) after the skill test, and is nearing commencement of command training.
- Fuel and Communication Benefits (For Pilots with 800+ A320 hours)
- Pilots with over 800 A320 hours are provided with a pre-paid fuel card (maximum expense limit of PKR 30,000 per month) and a post-paid SIM card (maximum usage limit of PKR 5,000 per month; usage exceeding this limit will be deducted from the monthly salary).
- Other Financial Details

- Insurance Premium Deduction: PKR 5,000 per month.
- End of Service Gratuity: For every 12 months of continuous service, Gratuity equivalent to one month's Fixed Gross Salary (including Fixed Flying Allowance) will be paid.
- On Board Meals: Free meals are provided for the operating crew.

Annual Free Firm Ticket
Upon successful completion of six months of service, employees are entitled to one Annual Free Firm Ticket on the Air Arabia / Fly Jinnah Network:

MYID Travel Benefit
Access to discounted rebated tickets on other airlines via the MYID travel system is effective after 180 days of service. This benefit is extended to the employee, spouse, and children (below 23 years). All ticket purchases through MYID must be made via credit card. Access is deactivated upon separation from the organization.
