Air Arabia PJSC | A320 First Officer

Air Arabia PJSC is seeking eligible foreign nationals for the role of First Officer (FO) on a fixed-term contract with its group company, Fly Jinnah, based in Pakistan. This position will operate the A320 aircraft and is an attractive opportunity for pilots looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic airline environment.

About the Role

The First Officer will serve as Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring, supporting the Captain in managing the flight deck and ensuring all flights are conducted in strict accordance with the airline’s Operations Manual and applicable regulations. This 15-month fixed-term contract, renewable by mutual agreement, includes approximately three months of initial training followed by 12 months of flying duties.

Requirements

• Must be an eligible foreign national.
• Must hold an A320 type rating.
• Minimum of 700 hours of flying experience required.
• Airbus 320 experience is preferred.
• Experience with a low-cost airline is highly desirable.
• Possess acceptable industry knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and exposure necessary to undertake delegated safety, security, or other responsibilities in accordance with airline and relevant civil aviation authority standards.
• Exposure to quality assurance, safety, security, and audit procedures and practices affecting Flight Operations.
