Air Arabia Group, operating in collaboration with Fly Jinnah, announces a pivotal recruitment drive for highly professional and experienced A320 Captains seeking long-term careers within a dynamic low-cost carrier environment.
The organization is specifically targeting qualified Pakistani Nationals for this undetermined period contract. The recruitment team will be hosting a dedicated assessment and selection roadshow in Karachi, Pakistan, on the 6th and 7th of November 2025.

The total fixed salary is determined by the Captain’s accumulated civil commercial jet flying hours:

Boeing Experience Factor:
For salary slab determination, Captains and First Officers with prior Boeing experience will have their relevant Boeing flying hours factored, up to a maximum cap of 3,000 hours. Any Airbus family flying hours (A320/321/330) are added on top of the calculated Boeing experience.
The variable flying pay is calculated based on credit block hours:
