Minimum Qualifications for Consideration
Candidates are invited to review the essential criteria for this position:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 500 hours of total flight experience is required.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Flight Time Specifics: Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 200 hours on single-piston aircraft. Furthermore, a minimum of 50 hours must be logged as Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) flights, with 15 hours specifically accrued during night operations.
- Recent Flight Proficiency: The last flight activity must have been completed within the preceding 90 days, including three take-offs and landings, five IFR flights on a single-piston aircraft (incorporating three instrument approaches), all performed in a single-pilot capacity, or a validated instrument approach check.
- Required Licenses: Candidates must hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with an Instrument Rating (IR).
- License Issuance Authority: Eligible license holders must possess EASA certifications.
- Medical Certification: A current Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: An ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher is required.
- Visa Sponsorship: Please note that visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
- Aircraft Experience: Prior completed training on the Cirrus SR22 is highly desirable.
