Requirements

A high school degree is the minimum educational requirement.

Candidates must possess a valid EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) (with ATPL theory), an Instrument Rating (IR)/Multi-Engine (ME) qualification, and a valid Medical Class 1 certificate.

A valid passport and/or work permit that permits residency and employment within the EU, along with the ability to obtain any necessary visas, is mandatory.

Exceptional flying proficiency is essential.

English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 minimum is required. Fluency in either Dutch or French is also necessary; proficiency in other languages will be considered an advantage.

A strong dedication to safety and customer service, even when operating under pressure, is vital.

Candidates should demonstrate significant flexibility, the capacity to take initiative, and the ability to devise creative solutions.

A willingness to relocate within a one-hour driving radius of the home base, if required, is expected.
Experience

Total flight time: greater than 1500 hours.

Total Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) time: greater than 500 hours.
Qualifications

C525/CJ type rating is required.
