Flexjet, a global leader in private aviation, seeks an experienced First Officer to join its flight operations team in Europe. This role supports the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the EMB-550 (Praetor 600) fleet, ensuring a premium passenger experience.
About the Role
The First Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the Captain to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the EMB-550 aircraft. Key responsibilities include adhering to company procedures, maintaining high professional standards, and contributing to an exceptional passenger experience. The First Officer is functionally responsible to the Captain during flight duties and to the Fleet Manager for assignments and training. Duties encompass crew coordination, passenger interaction, administrative support, and adherence to all operational regulations.
Requirements

Valid EASA ATPL (UK CAA ATPL and Medical are desirable but not mandatory).

Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.

ME-IR (A) endorsement on an EASA Licence.

MCC Course Certificate or Multi-Pilot Rating endorsed on an EASA Licence.

Advanced UPRT qualification or equivalent recent regulatory training.

Valid EU Passport.

English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 minimum.

Legal right to live and work in Europe and/or the UK.

Ability to travel internationally to all Flexjet operating destinations.

Working knowledge of applicable EASA and UK aviation regulations.

Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency with tablets, email, word processing, and web-based applications.

Flight Experience Requirements

Minimum 2,500 total flight hours.

Minimum 500 hours Pilot in Command Under Supervision (PICUS).

Minimum 250 hours Multi-Pilot Instrument Time.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Previous experience within Commercial Air Transport and/or Corporate Aviation operations.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
The role involves exposure to aircraft operating environments, extreme weather, elevated working areas, aviation-related hazards, and high noise levels. Candidates must be able to perform tasks such as loading/unloading baggage, aircraft inspections, snow and ice removal, engine cover installation/removal, routine cleaning, and occasionally lifting items up to 23 kg, in addition to maintaining their Class 1 Medical Certificate.
