Role Overview: Pilot

The Pilot in Command (PIC) is fundamentally responsible for the safety, supervision, and coordination of flight crew activities throughout the entire duration of company trips, from initial planning to final completion. This role requires strict adherence to all applicable regulations, directives, and company policies. At Fiserv, the Pilot will contribute to an environment that supports employee well-being and aims to elevate industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company aircraft with paramount safety and efficiency, ensuring compliance with all company regulations, manufacturer limitations, manuals, and governmental requirements.
  • Provide effective supervision for all flight crew members.
  • Maintain all necessary pilot ratings, qualifications, and certifications.
  • Implement and uphold the Safety Management System by actively completing tasks derived from the safety reporting system and as directed by the VP of Flight Operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of dedicated aviation experience.
  • Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate with an English Proficiency endorsement and a current FAA First Class medical certificate.
  • Minimum flight hour requirements met: 3000 total flight hours, 2000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), and 1000 hours in jet aircraft.
  • A type rating for Gulfstream V series (GV, G550, G450) and/or Gulfstream VII (G600, G500) is required.
  • Successful completion of flight, ground, and simulator training within the preceding 12 months.
  • Current currency as per Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 61, including land, instrument, and Pilot in Command (PIC) requirements.
  • A minimum of 8 years of combined educational background, relevant experience, and/or military experience.

Work Authorization

Candidates must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Individuals requiring sponsorship now or in the future, including those on temporary visas such as F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, will not be considered for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $186,000.00 - $285,600.00 (These ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York; ranges may vary by state).
