Requirements

License: EASA, ICAO, or FAA accepted.

Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

English Proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher.

Total Flight Hours: Minimum 3,500 hours.

Pilot in Command (PIC) Hours: Minimum 1,500 hours.

A320 Flight Hours: Minimum 200 hours on the A320 within the last 12-18 months.

Maximum Age: Up to 60 years.
Qualifications

Candidates with Captain or PIC experience who may not yet meet the minimum flight hour requirements may be considered for First Officer (FO) roles if willing to join as a First Officer.
