Executive Jet Management (EJM), a pioneering leader in aircraft management and worldwide jet charter services since 1977, is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command for a Challenger 650 aircraft based at Daytona Beach, FL (KDAB). This position is for a two-pilot account operating under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. The Pilot in Command holds final responsibility for ensuring the aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner, adhering to all company and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional service experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensures the Safe Operation of Flight: Responsible for ensuring crewing and trip assignments meet company and regulatory requirements; completing flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks; utilizing Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology for briefings and risk mitigation; complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinating with company personnel; acting as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator; completing all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including maintenance status checks, and recording discrepancies; monitoring and ensuring completion of aircraft ground servicing (fueling, oil, oxygen); conducting passenger briefings in accordance with policy and regulation; accommodating special passenger needs; utilizing Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) for effective crew communication.

Delivers an Exceptional Service Experience: Provides high-quality service to owners and passengers; identifies opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience and resolves service deviations; collaborates with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to deliver consistent service; resolves conflict and challenges professionally.

Maintains Proficiency and Compliance: Maintains regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience; complies with the company SMS program and reports safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is required.
- FAA Type rating in the applicable fleet (Challenger 650) is required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of aviation experience is required.
- Prior experience in corporate/business aviation is preferred.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Minimum Flight Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
