Pilot in Command - Challenger 3500

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Challenger 3500 aircraft based at Allegheny County Airport (KAGC) in West Mifflin, PA. This position serves a three-pilot rotation supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician, operating under Part 135 regulations.

Role Overview

The Pilot in Command holds final responsibility for ensuring the aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to a client with a tenured history of aircraft ownership. The travel footprint is primarily domestic, with occasional international trips. While there is no set schedule, the three-pilot rotation structure promotes a sustainable work-life balance.

Requirements

Minimum Time Requirements

Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours
Multi-Engine Land: 1,500 hours
Jet Time: 500 hours
Instrument Time: 300 hours
Years of Experience: 2–4 years

Qualifications

FAA Type Rating: Challenger 3500 (CL3500) required.
Experience: Prior experience in corporate or business aviation is required.
Location: Candidates must be local to KAGC or willing to relocate to the area.
Physical/Operational: Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
