Synopsis

This is an amazing opportunity to join us a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI). In this role, you are responsible to conduct ground and simulator training and develop course material as required and Perform duties as required by Training Management.

Accountabilities

Reporting directly to the Manager Flight Crew Training – Airbus, the SFI will be integrated into the Etihad Airways Training Department and required to fulfill the role as described in the Operations Manual Part D.

Education & Experience

Education: 12 Years schooling or equivalent

Experience:

• Hold or previously held the following qualifications:
• ICAO ATPL with valid type rating Airbus 320
• Minimum 10 Years in the airline industry
• SFI/TRI or SFE/TRE experience > 3 years in an ATO or AOC operation with ≥ 500 hours instruction.
• 5500 hours on Multi-Crew EFIS equipped aircraft ≥ 60 tons
