Emirates is seeking experienced Senior First Officers for Accelerated Command Positions on its Boeing or Airbus fleets, based in Dubai, UAE.
About the Role
This accelerated command program offers a unique opportunity to join Emirates as a Boeing or Airbus First Officer with an enhanced salary package and an accelerated command upgrade path. Upon meeting performance standards, candidates will be eligible for accelerated command through an assessment process and upgrade course.

Role Requirements
To be considered for the Accelerated Command program, candidates must possess the following:
- Minimum of 5,000 total flying hours (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
- Minimum of 2,000 command hours on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 50 tonnes.
- Currently flying as a captain with a minimum of 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
- Minimum of 150 flight hours in the past 12 months on type.
- Valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
- ICAO English Level 5 or above.
Salary Information
Accelerated Command Salary: AED 31,640 (USD 8,621) per month, excluding flight pay.
