This is a unique opportunity for pilots to join Emirates as a Senior First Officer on an enhanced salary package with an accelerated command upgrade pathway. Successful candidates meeting performance standards and eligibility criteria may be considered for accelerated command through an assessment process and an upgrade course.

Role Requirements
To be considered for the Accelerated Command program, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 5,000 hours total flying time (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
- Minimum of 2,000 hours command time on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) greater than 50 tonnes.
- Must currently be flying as a captain with a minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
- Minimum of 150 hours on type within the past 12 months.
- Valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above.
