The Role: Accelerated Command
This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced First Officers to join Emirates on an enhanced salary package with a clear path to command. Through a rigorous assessment process and dedicated upgrade course, pilots who meet the required standards and demonstrate exceptional performance will be eligible for accelerated command. Role Requirements
To be considered for the Emirates Accelerated Command program, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 5,000 total flying hours (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
- Minimum of 2,000 command hours on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 50 tonnes.
- Currently flying as a Captain with a minimum of 1,000 hours PIC on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
- Minimum of 150 hours flown on type within the past 12 months.
- Valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.

Remuneration
The minimum base salary for Accelerated Command positions is AED 31,640 (approximately USD 8,621) per month, exclusive of flight pay and other potential allowances.
