Salary and Benefits

Minimum Salary: Accelerated Command positions offer a base salary of AED 31,640 (USD 8,621) per month, exclusive of flight pay.

Position Overview: Accelerated Command

This is a distinguished opportunity for Senior First Officers to join Emirates on an enhanced salary package with a clear and accelerated path to command. Successful candidates will be eligible for accelerated command through a rigorous assessment process and specialized upgrade course, provided they consistently meet Emirates' high standards of performance.

Role Requirements:

To be considered for the Emirates Accelerated Command program, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5,000 total flying hours (excluding P3, rotary-wing, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
• A minimum of 2,000 command hours on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.
• Current employment as a Captain, with a minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft types.
• A minimum of 150 flight hours on type within the last 12 months.
• A valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with a corresponding Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
• An ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
