Minimum Salary:

Accelerated Command Salary: AED 31,640 (USD 8,621) per month, excluding flight pay.

Position Overview: Accelerated Command

This is a unique career progression opportunity designed for experienced First Officers. Successful candidates will join the Emirates flight deck on an enhanced salary package, with a clear pathway towards command. Upon meeting defined performance standards and successfully completing an assessment and upgrade course, pilots will be eligible for accelerated promotion to Captain.

Role Requirements:

To be considered for the Emirates Accelerated Command program, candidates must meet the following stringent criteria:

• A minimum of 5,000 hours of total flying time. Exclusions apply to P3 time, rotary-wing, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft.
• A minimum of 2,000 hours of command time on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.
• Current employment as a Captain with a minimum of 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
• A minimum of 150 hours flown on type within the last 12 months.
• A valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) accompanied by a matching Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
