Minimum Salary

Accelerated Command Position: Commencing at AED 31,640 (USD 8,621) per month, excluding flight pay.

Position Overview: Accelerated Command

The Accelerated Command program represents a unique pathway for experienced Boeing or Airbus First Officers to join Emirates. This program features an enhanced salary package and a structured, accelerated command upgrade scenario. Successful candidates who consistently meet Emirates' high standards and demonstrate the required level of performance will be eligible for command upgrade through a rigorous assessment process and a specialized upgrade course.

Role Requirements

To be considered for the Emirates Accelerated Command program, candidates must meet the following experience criteria:

• A minimum of 5,000 total flying hours. Exclusions apply to P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft time.
• A minimum of 2,000 command hours on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.
• Current flying experience as a Captain, with a minimum of 1,000 PIC (Pilot in Command) hours on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
• A minimum of 150 hours flown on type within the past 12 months.
• A valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) accompanied by a matching Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
