The Accelerated Command Program

This Accelerated Command program provides an exceptional pathway for Senior First Officers to join Emirates. Successful candidates will commence their roles on enhanced salary packages with a clear trajectory toward command upgrade. Subject to meeting Emirates' stringent standards and demonstrating the required performance levels, pilots will be eligible for accelerated command progression through a rigorous assessment and upgrade course.

Minimum Salary Information:

Accelerated Command Basic Salary: AED 31,640 (approximately USD 8,621) per month, excluding flight pay and other potential allowances.

Role Requirements

To be considered for the Emirates Accelerated Command program, prospective candidates must meet the following experience criteria:

A minimum of 5,000 total flying hours (excluding hours logged in P3, rotary-wing, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
A minimum of 2,000 command hours on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.
Currently flying as Captain with a minimum of 1,000 Pilot-In-Command (PIC) hours on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft types.
A minimum of 150 hours logged on type within the past 12 months.
A valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) accompanied by a current Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Proficiency in English, with an ICAO English Level 5 or higher.
