Position Overview: Accelerated Command Program

This unique Accelerated Command program offers Senior First Officers the chance to join Emirates on an enhanced salary package, with a clear pathway to command. Successful candidates, demonstrating the required performance standards through an assessment process, will be eligible for accelerated command upgrade.

Remuneration:

Accelerated Command Base Salary: AED 31,640 (approximately USD 8,621) per month, excluding flight pay.

Role Requirements:

To be considered for the Emirates Accelerated Command program, candidates must meet the following experience criteria:

Minimum of 5,000 total flying hours (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
Minimum of 2,000 command hours on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 50 tonnes.
Current flying experience as Captain with a minimum of 1,000 Pilot-In-Command (PIC) hours on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
Minimum of 150 hours flown on type within the past 12 months.
Valid ICAO ATPL with a corresponding Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
