Accelerated Command Program Details

Minimum Starting Salary: Accelerated Command positions offer a base salary starting from AED 31,640 (approximately USD 8,621) per month, exclusive of flight pay.

Position Overview: Accelerated Command

This is a unique pathway designed for experienced pilots to join Emirates as a Boeing or Airbus First Officer. The program features an enhanced remuneration package and a structured accelerated command upgrade trajectory. Upon successfully meeting Emirates' rigorous standards and demonstrating the required level of performance, pilots will be eligible for accelerated command through a comprehensive assessment process and a dedicated upgrade course.

Essential Role Requirements

To be considered for the Emirates Accelerated Command program, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 5,000 total flying hours. Exclusions apply to P3 time, rotary-wing, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft experience.
• A minimum of 2,000 command hours on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.
• Current flying experience as a Captain, with a minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
• A minimum of 150 flight hours within the past 12 months on the specific aircraft type.
• A valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) accompanied by a matching Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
