Position Overview: Accelerated Command

This is a distinctive opportunity for Senior First Officers to join Emirates with an enhanced salary package and a clear pathway to command. Minimum Salary Indicative:

Accelerated Command positions offer a base salary starting from AED 31,640 (approximately USD 8,621) per month, excluding flight pay.

Role Requirements:

To be considered for the Emirates Accelerated Command program, candidates must meet the following stringent experience criteria:

• A minimum of 5,000 hours of total flying time (excluding time in P3 simulators, rotary-wing, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
• A minimum of 2,000 hours of command time on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.
• Current flying experience as Captain is mandatory, with a minimum of 1,000 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
• A minimum of 150 hours flown on type within the past 12 months.
• A valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) accompanied by a matching Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above.
