Position Description:

The Accelerated Command pathway offers an opportunity to join Emirates as a Boeing or Airbus First Officer on an enhanced salary package, with a clear scenario for accelerated command upgrade. Eligibility for accelerated command is dependent on meeting the required performance standards and successfully completing an assessment process and subsequent upgrade course.

Minimum Salary:

Accelerated Command: AED 31,640 (USD 8,621) - Please note this excludes flight pay.

Role Requirements:

To be considered for the Accelerated Command program, candidates must meet the following minimum experience criteria:

• Minimum of 5000 hours total flying time (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
• Minimum of 2000 hours command time on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 50 tonnes.
• Must currently be flying as a Captain and possess a minimum of 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
• Minimum 150 hours flown in the past 12 months on the aircraft type (Boeing or Airbus, as applicable).
• Possession of a valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above.
