Position Summary

The minimum starting salary for the Accelerated Command position is AED 31,640 (approximately USD 8,621), exclusive of flight pay.

Role Requirements

Candidates applying for the Emirates Accelerated Command program must fulfill the following minimum experience criteria:

• A minimum of 5000 total flying hours, excluding time logged on P3, rotary wing, or single/multi-engine piston aircraft.
• At least 2000 hours of command time on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.
• Must be currently serving as a Captain with a minimum of 1000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) experience on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
• A minimum of 150 hours flying time on type within the last 12 months.
• Possession of a valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and a matching Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency at Level 5 or above.
