Description of the position:

• This Accelerated Command role allows experienced pilots to join as a Boeing or Airbus First Officer on an enhanced salary package with a clearly defined accelerated command upgrade pathway. Eligibility for accelerated command is subject to meeting required standards and demonstrating the necessary performance level, followed by a formal assessment process and upgrade course.

Minimum Salary:

The minimum salary for Accelerated Command positions is AED 31,640 (approximately USD 8,621), not including flight pay.

Role Requirements:

To be considered for the Accelerated Command program, candidates must possess the following experience:

• Minimum of 5000 hours total flying time (excluding P3, rotary and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
• Minimum of 2000 hours command time on fixed wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with an MTOW greater than 50 tonnes.
• Must currently be flying as captain with a minimum of 1000 hours Pilot-In-Command (PIC) on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft type.
• Minimum 150 hours in the past 12 months on the current aircraft type.
• Hold a valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Possess ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above.
