Position Overview:

This Accelerated Command position offers a structured pathway to achieving command status rapidly. Successful candidates will join Emirates initially as a First Officer on a competitive enhanced salary package. The role includes an accelerated command upgrade scenario, with eligibility for advancement to Captain based on meeting rigorous performance standards and successfully completing a dedicated assessment process and upgrade course. Required Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates applying for the Emirates Accelerated Command program must fulfill the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 5000 hours total flying time (excluding time on P3, rotary aircraft, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
• Minimum of 2000 hours command time on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.
• Must currently be actively flying as Captain with a minimum of 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on either Boeing or Airbus type aircraft.
• A minimum of 150 hours flown on type within the past 12 months.
• Possess a valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Hold a valid Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate corresponding to the ATPL.
• Achieved ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above.
