Position Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join Emirates as a Boeing or Airbus First Officer on an enhanced salary package with an accelerated command upgrade pathway. Provided the required standards are met and the necessary level of performance is demonstrated, pilots will be eligible for accelerated command through a dedicated assessment process and upgrade course.

Minimum Salary:

The minimum salary for the Accelerated Command position is AED 31,640 (equivalent to approximately USD 8,621), excluding flight pay.

Role Requirements:

Candidates interested in the Accelerated Command program must possess the following experience:

• A minimum of 5000 hours total flying time (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
• A minimum of 2000 hours command time on fixed-wing, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with an MTOW greater than 50 tonnes.
• Must currently be flying as Captain with a minimum of 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on either Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
• A minimum of 150 hours on type within the last 12 months.
• Hold a valid ICAO ATPL with a corresponding Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Possess ICAO English Level 5 or above proficiency.
