Position Description

Direct Entry Captain: Assume a senior command role, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.

Role Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 7000 hours total flying time (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
• For A380: Currently flying as an Airbus FBW Captain with a minimum of 3000 hours PIC on Airbus FBW aircraft.
• For A350: Minimum 3000 hours command time on a multi-crew, multi-engine commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) greater than 50 tonnes. A minimum of 1500 hours must be as a Captain on an Airbus FBW aircraft.
• Minimum 150 hours on type within the past 12 months.
• A valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
• ICAO English level 5 or above.
