Emirates Airbus Direct Entry Captain

Emirates is seeking experienced Airbus Rated Direct Entry Captains to join its A380 and A350 fleets, based in Dubai, UAE.

About the Role

Direct Entry Captains will assume a senior command position, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

Command of Airbus A380 and A350 aircraft.

Role Requirements

Minimum 7000 hours total flying time (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
For A380: Current flying experience as an Airbus FBW Captain with a minimum of 3000 hours PIC on Airbus FBW aircraft.
For A350: Minimum 3000 hours command time on a multi-crew, multi-engine commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 50 tonnes. A minimum of 1500 hours must be as a Captain on an Airbus FBW aircraft.
Minimum 150 hours in the past 12 months on type.
Valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical.
ICAO English level 5 or above.
