Minimum Base Salary:
Captain: AED 40,100 (USD 10,926) per month, excluding flight pay.

Position Overview
Direct Entry Captain: This role offers the senior-most position on the flight deck, commanding the aircraft.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this distinguished role as an Emirates Airbus Captain, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 7,000 total flying hours (excluding hours in P3, rotary-wing, or single/multi-engine piston aircraft).
- For A380 positions: Must be currently flying as an Airbus Fly-By-Wire (FBW) Captain with a minimum of 3,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on Airbus FBW aircraft.
- For A350 positions: Must possess a minimum of 3,000 command hours on a multi-crew, multi-engine commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes. A minimum of 1,500 of these hours must be as a Captain on an Airbus FBW aircraft.
- Demonstrated proficiency with a minimum of 150 flying hours on the applicable type within the past 12 months.
- Possession of a valid ICAO Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and a corresponding Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English language proficiency level of 5 or higher.
