Experienced IR Instructor Opportunity in Aviation Training
An esteemed aviation training organization is actively seeking a highly professional and enthusiastic Instrument Rating (IR) Instructor. Essential Qualifications
- Possession of a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- Holds a current and valid Flight Instructor (FI) / Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI) rating.
- A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- Demonstrated valid ICAO English Language Proficiency.
- Eligibility to live and work within the European Union (EU) or specifically in Greece is essential, requiring EU citizenship or appropriate legal work permits.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive flight instruction, as directed by the Chief Flight Instructor (CFI), utilizing both modern aircraft and FNPTII simulators.
- To meticulously guide students through the approved training syllabus, ensuring exceptional preparation and competency development.
- To effectively achieve defined training goals and adhere to established timeframes, often developed in collaboration with clients.
- To actively support and significantly contribute to the continuous maintenance of superior training standards and exemplary educational outcomes.
Selection Process
- An initial online interview will be conducted.
- Successful candidates will be required to attend an Instructor Seminar in Kavala, Greece. This intensive program, lasting up to three weeks, encompasses comprehensive induction, rigorous standardisation training, and a final assessment.
