Instrument Rating Instructor - Egnatia Aviation
Egnatia Aviation, Greece's leading Approved Training Organisation and one of the largest in South Europe, is seeking highly motivated and experienced Instrument Rating Instructors to join our esteemed team. Since January 2023, we have proudly operated our own state-of-the-art aerodrome, "Lydia" (LGKM) in Amigdaleonas, Kavala, Greece. This pioneering facility is the first fully functional, private general aviation aerodrome in the country.
Egnatia Aviation is not merely a flight school; it is an Academy dedicated to fostering well-trained pilots across all specializations, from Private Pilot Licenses to highly skilled professionals. We offer industry-specific curricula for all pilot licenses, approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and adhering to the latest international aviation standards.
As an Instrument Rating Instructor at Egnatia Aviation, you will:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Essential Criteria:
- Current EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Valid Flight Instructor (FI)/Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI) certificate
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) certificate
- Right to live and work in the European Union
