Responsibilities:
As a warm and welcoming host above the clouds, you will ensure a delightful start and end to our guests' journeys. In this role, you will be responsible for passenger well-being and safety on board. You will collaborate with friendly and supportive teams while enjoying a dynamic work environment.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring smooth workflow before, during, and after flights, ensuring our guests feel welcome and well-cared for.
- Providing excellent Edelweiss onboard service, including onboard sales.
- Thoroughly reviewing all relevant documentation prior to each flight to be optimally prepared for your rotation.

Requirements:
At the time of joining, you should have completed basic education (apprenticeship, high school diploma, etc.) and have at least two years of experience as a Cabin Crew Member. You should also possess a passion for working with people and demonstrate a customer-oriented approach.
Furthermore, we are looking for individuals with:
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum level B2); additional language skills are advantageous.
- Swiss or EU passport with strong ties to Switzerland (understanding of Swiss German is required).
- Well-groomed and pleasant appearance with exceptional warmth (please note the regulations regarding tattoos in the application form).
- A passion for teamwork, strong communication skills, and excellent empathy.
- Quick comprehension and a strong learning aptitude.
- Men: Proof of completed basic military training (RS), civil service, or confirmation of unsuitability for service.
- Minimum height of 158 cm.
- Good swimming skills.
