Seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Cabin Crew Member (Chef de Cabine) in a permanent capacity.
Your Journey Begins:
Successful candidates will embark on our comprehensive Cabin Crew Member training program. Following this, training specific to the Senior Cabin Crew Member "SC" role on short-haul flights will commence approximately two months later. In the winter of 24/25, you will further enhance your skills with long-haul flight training.

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth flight operations in adherence with established safety and service guidelines.
- Coordinate and proactively plan individual tasks and processes onboard, effectively allocating crew members based on their skills and training levels.
- Implement objectives and strive for exceptional, friendly, and customer-oriented service delivery onboard.
- Conduct administrative tasks (reporting) to ensure comprehensive quality assurance.
- Foster professional and collaborative relationships with cockpit crews, management, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of flight experience, including 1 year as a Senior Cabin Crew Member.
- Excellent German and English language proficiency, along with good command of French, Italian, or Spanish (B1 level certification required).
- Swiss or EU passport with strong ties to Switzerland (understanding of Swiss German is essential).
- Well-groomed and pleasant appearance with a minimum height of 158cm.
- Confident demeanor, strong sense of responsibility, and impeccable manners.
- Enthusiasm for fostering active communication regarding processes and employee performance, as well as effectively resolving conflicts and challenging situations.
- Conscientiousness, reliability, and a high level of responsibility.
