Responsibilities:

The Pilot will operate Edelweiss aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring punctuality, economy, and a high standard of quality for passengers.

Managing flight preparation and execution according to Edelweiss specifications.
Collaborating with the crew, ground personnel, and air traffic control.
Supporting the Commander in all matters and acting as a deputy.
Maintaining familiarity with aircraft systems and acting responsibly.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Successful completion of an integrated ATPL (EASA-Part-FCL) or modular training (at a flight school in the DACH region, with CPL license).
Airline Pilot flight experience without Airbus rating, or experience as a military pilot with the Swiss Air Force is an advantage.
Citizenship of Switzerland or an EU-27/EFTA state.
Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
Excellent German and English language skills (English proficiency at level B2 / ICAO Level 4).
Impeccable reputation, with an integral, mature, and loyal personality, demonstrating social competence and leadership potential.
