Requirements of the Role

Prior aviation experience is not a prerequisite; the focus is firmly on candidates' attitude, professionalism, and unwavering passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:

• A minimum of six months' experience in a customer-facing or people-centric role.
• Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy.
• Capacity to maintain composure under pressure and make well-informed, safety-oriented decisions.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative work within a diverse and energetic team.
• Demonstrated ownership, empathetic problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring a memorable and valued customer experience through exceptional service.

To fulfill regulatory and operational requirements, candidates must:

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Possess a height between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) without footwear.
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English, in addition to the native language of their chosen base.
• Hold a valid passport granting unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the entire easyJet network.
• Reside within a 90-minute commute of their selected base location.
• Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck; all other tattoos must be inoffensive.
• Be comfortable with the sale of items from the CAFE.SHOP range, including alcoholic beverages, with sales contributing to commission earnings.
• Be capable of swimming 25 meters unaided, treading water, inflating a life jacket, and boarding a life raft.
• Successfully pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical examination and fit securely into a jump seat equipped with a lap belt and shoulder harness.
