Role Overview

This position is more than just a job; it is a crucial role in ensuring passenger safety, security, and overall satisfaction. The Cabin Crew member acts as the welcoming face of the airline, providing friendly and attentive service while maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role is a gateway to various career advancement opportunities within the airline, such as Cabin Manager or other cabin services roles, within a large network spanning over 300 aircraft, 154 airports and 981 routes.

Role Requirements

To be considered for the position, candidates should possess:

  • An eagerness to learn and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • A minimum of three months prior experience in a customer or people-facing role is preferred.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and the language of their base location is required.
  • Unrestricted access across the EEA and the airline's network is a must. Note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
  • While tattoos are permitted, they must not be visible on the head, face, or neck. Any tattoos deemed offensive or inappropriate must be discreetly covered.
  • The ability to sell, handle and dispose of alcohol and alcoholic products is essential as this is a key revenue stream and contributes to crew commission payments.
  • Residence within a 90-minute commute to the chosen base is required.
  • Adherence to legal and safety regulations associated with working on an aircraft, including:
    • Being aged 18 or over.
    • Having a height between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) without shoes.
    • The ability to pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical.
    • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided, tread water, and inflate a life jacket, in addition to climbing into a survival raft from the water.
    • The continued ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat with shoulder harness and lap belt.
