Role Overview

Role Requirements
To be considered for the position, candidates should possess:
- An eagerness to learn and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- A minimum of three months prior experience in a customer or people-facing role is preferred.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and the language of their base location is required.
- Unrestricted access across the EEA and the airline's network is a must. Note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
- While tattoos are permitted, they must not be visible on the head, face, or neck. Any tattoos deemed offensive or inappropriate must be discreetly covered.
- The ability to sell, handle and dispose of alcohol and alcoholic products is essential as this is a key revenue stream and contributes to crew commission payments.
- Residence within a 90-minute commute to the chosen base is required.
- Adherence to legal and safety regulations associated with working on an aircraft, including:
- Being aged 18 or over.
- Having a height between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) without shoes.
- The ability to pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical.
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided, tread water, and inflate a life jacket, in addition to climbing into a survival raft from the water.
- The continued ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat with shoulder harness and lap belt.
