Cabin Crew Position at easyJet

The Role

Requirements
Prior flying experience is not required for this position. We provide comprehensive training to equip new crew members with the necessary skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service, and a demonstrable eagerness to learn. Three months of prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Essential qualifications include:
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Dutch language skills are preferred but not essential.
- Unrestricted access to travel within the European Economic Area (EEA) and easyJet Network (Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship for international applicants is not available).
- A good standard of education and a verifiable five-year activity history.
- Tattoos are permitted, but visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck are not allowed. Any tattoos deemed offensive or inappropriate must be covered discreetly.
- The ability to sell, handle, and dispose of alcoholic products, as this is an essential part of revenue generation and crew commission payments.
- Residence within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base.
In addition, due to legal and safety regulations associated with aircraft operations, candidates must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a height between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) without shoes.
- Pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical examination.
- Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided without stopping or touching the bottom or sides of the pool, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a survival raft from the water.
- Possess the ongoing ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat, including a shoulder harness and lap belt.
