Description
This position provides an exceptional entry point into the aviation industry, requiring no prior experience. Comprehensive, world-leading training is provided free of charge, equipping new crew members with all fundamental skills necessary to ensure a safe and top-class inflight experience. Upon successful completion of training, individuals are awarded their 'Cabin Crew Wings', ready to commence flying duties.
Life as a Cabin Crew member with the Ryanair Group is both rewarding and dynamic. The role is demanding and prioritises safety above all else. It requires flexibility and adaptability to operate a shift roster, including early morning duties commencing as early as 5 am and late-night returns towards midnight.

Requirements
- A positive attitude and high level of enthusiasm.
- A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
- Qualities including being hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality are beneficial.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work a variable shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.
- Unrestricted right to live and work within the EU.
- Height between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Comfortable communicating fluently in spoken and written English.
