King Air C90 Pilot - Liberal, KS
A position is available for a King Air C90 Pilot based in Liberal, Kansas. The Pilot will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of medical teams and patients, operating within a dynamic aviation environment. This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated professional committed to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $118,517 - $130,369
- 20% Geo-Modifier
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid upon successful completion of training and check ride)
- Retention Bonus: $40,000 (requires a 6-month wait period and participation in a 3-year program)
- Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the King Air C90 Pilot position must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Possess a Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) certificate.
- Be willing and able to obtain an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate within five years of employment.
- Hold a valid and unexpired driver's license.
- Possess a current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
- Accumulate a minimum of 2,500 total flight hours.
- Log at least 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.
- Document 500 cross-country flight hours.
- Have a minimum of 500 multi-engine flight hours.
- Record at least 100 night flight hours.
- Demonstrate 75 instrument hours, including a minimum of 50 actual instrument hours.
Responsibilities:
The Pilot will perform the following key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of medical experts to ensure the safe transportation of customers between locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches in accordance with appropriate manuals, including all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and company requirements, and perform aircraft cleanliness duties.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record-keeping, including shift logs and load manifests.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, fellow flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Provide comprehensive shift change information to transitioning pilots and teams, adhering to protocols for recording details on the company change board.
- Maintain required certifications and actively participate in ongoing ground and air training programs.
Working Conditions:
The role requires working in outside weather conditions. The Pilot may be required to perform tasks such as deicing the aircraft, assisting with towing and maneuvering the aircraft in and out of the hangar, and preparing the aircraft for flight.
Physical Demands:
Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The ability to lift up to 70 pounds is required. Specific vision abilities necessary for this job include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
